Ultimate Restorative Yoga Workshop

This 90 minute workshop is designed for anyone who needs to take some time to unwind, destress, and shut down for a bit. During this floor based practice, you are fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, while guided into stillness and relaxation.  In addition to the soothing practice itself, optional reiki and hands on assists are offered throughout the practice.  This is an all levels class and no yoga experience is required.

Cost is $200 for a minimum of 5 people, with an additional $30 per person, up to 20 people.

Sacred Silence (FREE with the 9AM Vinyasa)

*****FREE to those attending the 9 AM yoga class on Saturdays and COMPLETELY OPTIONAL!!*****

Your registration to the 9 am class automatically holds space for you!

This unique studio offering gives you the opportunity to sit and just be. The time may be used in a number of different ways as long as it is done in complete silence, and no electronics are used. Silence is sacred. It provides an environment for your ideas to blossom and your soul to speak. Grab a journal, draw, knit, or meditate. Read, study, think. Whatever it is, grab some coffee or tea and just be.

Doors open at 7:15 and Sacred Silence ends at 8:30. It’s an open door policy so you can come whenever you want in that time frame.

8:30 - 9:00 is community time to have tea/ chat, set up for the 9 AM class

Please note there is limited seating but bolsters, props, and blankets will be provided for you to use as you wish on your mat.

The Love Yourself Yoga Workshop

This heart centered workshop will begin with a yoga flow catered to all abilities, that focuses on being present and whole body connection. From there, we will travel into blissful restorative stillness. Cozy blankets and props will comfort and support you throughout this portion of the evening, ending with a guided yoga nidra meditation to lead us into an extended and peaceful savasana. Refreshed and inspired, we will visit the in studio “chocolate bar” for hot chocolate and decadent treats. As we sit sipping and reflecting, an optional journal prompt will be provided for you to gather your thoughts and write from your heart.

Saturday Vinyasa

This well rounded class is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. Options to modify the level of challenge within each posture are offered throughout the practice, and the use of props is encouraged. Set at a mindful pace, this class offers the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of physical alignment and how the poses feel in your body, and challenges the mind to be more present in the moment.

Ultimate Restortive

Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is a deeply nourishing and restful practice that relaxes both the body and mind.  Using props, such as bolsters and blankets, the body is held in comfort for extended periods of time, which releases all physical effort, and promotes stillness to the mind. Adjustments and reiki are offered throughout the class to enhance the practice, and are completely optional. Restorative yoga is an effective way to reduce stress and a perfect way to bring balance to your practice as a whole.

Chakra Flow

I started teaching this class in 2017 as a fun way for people to become more familiar with the 7 chakras (energy centers within our body) and it quickly became on of my favorite classes to teach. If you don’t know what the chakras are, or want to dive deeper into them—this class is for you. As a flowing practice, it is similar to a vinyasa class with varying degrees of effort and ease. Modifications are always provided.
Located along the spine, each chakra corresponds to different physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives.
This class breaks each energy center down one month at a time by incorporates specific poses, breathwork, meditations, mudras, and so much more into the hour. It’s not only designed to give you a well rounded physical class, but also give you a deeper understanding of your practice on and off the mat. Class ends with the soothing sound of a chakra drum.
