
This heart centered workshop will begin with a yoga flow catered to all abilities, that focuses on being present and whole body connection. From there, we will travel into blissful restorative stillness. Cozy blankets and props will comfort and support you throughout this portion of the evening, ending with a guided yoga nidra meditation to lead us into an extended and peaceful savasana. Refreshed and inspired, we will visit the in studio “chocolate bar” for hot chocolate and decadent treats. As we sit sipping and reflecting, an optional journal prompt will be provided for you to gather your thoughts and write from your heart.
