This well rounded class is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. Options to modify the level of challenge within each posture are offered throughout the practice, and the use of props is encouraged. Set at a mindful pace, this class offers the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of physical alignment and how the poses feel in your body, and challenges the mind to be more present in the moment.
